About AGWLE

Engineering Practitioners of Ghana Water Limited have unified to establish the

Association of Ghana Water Limited Engineers as a chapter under the Ghana Institution

of Engineering to respond to critical challenges in the water sector.

On 2nd October 2023, an inaugural ceremony was held at the Ghana Institute of Public

Administration (GIMPA) to present substantive leaders of the Association who will

spearhead a new course for the engineering landscape within GWL.

The Association has been formed to...

1. Plan, coordinate and help to bring professional recognition from Ghana Institution of Engineering on the practice of engineering in the urban water sector.

2. Foster synergy between various engineering disciplines within the company, integrating the products of the various practices to advance water supply in Ghana.

3. Call annual conferences to develop strategies or refine old strategies to work in all engineering disciplines in the company.
